*Title: Cronjob scripts for cleaning up old and internal(untouched) drafts *Documentation: There is a new cronjob called 'old_drafts_cleanup.php' which removes old drafts from the system. If a version of a content object is created and stored as a draft, the status of the version will be '0'. By default, the cronjob script will remove status '0' drafts that have been in the system for over 90 days. This lifetime duration is controlled by the "DraftsDuration[]" configuration setting located in the "[VersionManagement]" block of the 'settings/content.ini' file. The maximal number of drafts to remove at a one call of the script is specified by the "DraftsCleanUpLimit" setting located at the same place. Similar settings have been also added for the 'internal_drafts_cleanup.php' cronjob which removes status '5' drafts (also called "internal drafts" or "untouched drafts" in terms of the admin interface). By default, this cronjob script will remove internal drafts that have been in the system for over 24 hours (1 day). This is controlled by the "InternalDraftsDuration[]" configuration setting, while the maximal number of internal drafts to remove is specified by the "InternalDraftsCleanUpLimit" setting. *Ini settings: See section [VersionManagement] in the 'settings/content.ini' file: [VersionManagement] ........ # Number of days, hours, minutes and seconds before a draft is considered old and can be removed # 90 days by default DraftsDuration[] DraftsDuration[days]=90 DraftsDuration[hours]=0 DraftsDuration[minutes]=0 DraftsDuration[seconds]=0 # Clean-up limit per one run of the 'old_drafts_cleanup.php' cronjob script DraftsCleanUpLimit=100 # Number of days, hours, minutes and seconds before an internal draft is considered old and can be removed # 1 day by default InternalDraftsDuration[] InternalDraftsDuration[days]=1 InternalDraftsDuration[hours]=0 InternalDraftsDuration[minutes]=0 InternalDraftsDuration[seconds]=0 # Clean-up limit per one run of the 'internal_drafts_cleanup.php' cronjob script InternalDraftsCleanUpLimit=100
